Delete your account
This page lets you permanently delete your DashLearn account and all data associated with it. It applies to the Android app “Study from YouTube: AI Tutor” (DashLearn), package dashlearn.ai, published on Google Play by Homework App.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials (Google, Apple, or guest)
- Your watch history and course progress
- Saved and in-progress courses
- Quiz results and answer history
- XP, streaks, daily goals, and achievements
- Your profile and onboarding preferences
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover your progress afterwards.
What we keep, and for how long
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that are not linked to you or your account
- Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and tax records for any subscription you purchased (retained as required by law, then deleted)

Prefer to request it by email?
Email ytclassai@gmail.com from the address linked to your DashLearn account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by reply when it is done.
